- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Wife (retired military) was directed by TAFB Hospital to these people as they have a contract with them for urgent care when Tri-Care patients can't get in on base for same-day appointments. First she was told that they couldn't take her because she was the sponsor and not a dependant (WRONG!). Then after they straightened that out, she was told that they wouldn't treat her because they wouldn't be the ones to follow-up. She was told that she should go to the ER even though this was not an ER medical issue. Judging from other reviews, this seems to be a regular practice. Perhaps they should consider a new advertising slogan; "Coastal Urgent Care...eh, just go to the ER!"February 04, 2017by Harle Cassler
